Tips: Solar inverter with MPPT charge controller troubleshooting
1. Inverter overheated
Solution: Please check whether the inverter is placed next to the heat source. Whether the fan port of the inverter has a shelter and the fan is working.
2. Inverter battery overdischarge
Solution: a. The battery capacity is small and pls reduce load. b. Battery aging, please repalce battery. c. Weather, extended charging time
3. Inverter output short circuit
Solution: Checking circuit. If it is due to overload, please reduce the electrical load and restart the machine.
4. Inverter no AC output
Solution: A.The system is in standby mode, pls restart. B.The system is in alarm protection state, please release the alarm.
5. PV is not charging of controller
Solution: a. Whether the operating voltage of the photovoltaic module within the operating range of the MPPT controller. b. Check if the voltage displayed on the PV system screen is accurate or not. c. Check whether the photovoltaic input switch of the controller is disconnected or not.
