How do you test the MPPT solar charge controller running?

1. Visual Inspection
   Check for damages: Inspect the mppt charge controller for any visible damage, loose connections, or burnt components.
   Connections: Ensure all wiring, including the solar panel, battery, and load connections, are correctly and securely connected.
2. Check Input Voltage from Solar Panels
   Measure the panel output: Use a multimeter to check the voltage coming from the solar panels. It should be within the rated input range for the MPPT controller. Typically, this will be between 18V and 45V, depending on the specific model of the controller.
   Sunlight conditions: Make sure you're testing the solar charge controller in sunlight, as the panels need to generate power.
3. Check Output Voltage
   Measure battery voltage: The output voltage from the MPPT should match the voltage of your battery (typically 12V, 24V, or 48V). If you're using a 12V system, for example, the controller should be charging the battery at around 14.4V (depending on the battery type and charging profile).
   Monitor current: Using a multimeter, check the current being supplied to the battery. If possible, check the system's current vs voltage profile under varying light conditions.
4. Check Charging Behavior
   Battery charging: The 60 amp mppt solar charge controller should begin charging the battery when it receives power from the solar panels. During charging, the controller should switch between different stages (Bulk, Absorption, Float, etc.) based on the battery's state of charge.
