Features:
- The centrifugal pump has a horizontal structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
- It is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just lift off the conjunction flat nut of the vertical pump. Then, all the rotor parts can be taken out.
- A horizontal centrifugal pump can operate in series and parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.

Tips: What is the single-stage centrifugal pump?
The single-stage pump refers to a pump with only one impeller. The general single-stage pump has a high head of 125 meters (410ft). It has advantages such as the simple structure, stable performance, high speed, small size, light weight, high efficiency, large flow, easy operation and maintenance, and so on.
Classification of the single-stage centrifugal pump
According to the installation position of the motor, it is classified into a horizontal single-stage pump and a vertical single-stage pump.
According to the flow pass of suction, it is classified into: single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump.
Constitution of the single-stage pump
The single-stage pump includes a pump body, a pump cover, an electric motor with an output shaft, a pump shaft, a bearing housing, an impeller, a mechanical seal, and a machine gland mounted in the single-stage pump body. It still has the characteristics that it includes a double-clip coupling set between the motor output shaft and pump shaft, as well as the pilot bearing supporting the pump shaft, which is mounted on the bearing seat. The above-mentioned double-clip coupling is rigidly connected to the motor output shaft and the pump shaft, respectively. In addition, a space is reserved between the motor output shaft and the pump shaft to facilitate the mechanical seal and machine seal gland assembly and disassembly. Therefore, there is no need to disassemble the motor and the pump cover to repair or exchange the mechanical seal.
